1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Next Shot AI ("the Service"), including our website and iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Next Shot AI is an AI-powered tennis coaching platform. Users upload tennis videos for automated stroke analysis, coaching feedback, training plans, and practice drills. The Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate analysis and recommendations.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Free & Premium Tiers

• Free tier: Limited to 2 video analyses per month.
• Premium tier: Unlimited analyses, coaching image annotations, training plans, and advanced features. Premium pricing and billing terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Next Shot AI a limited license to process, analyze, and store your videos and analysis results for the purpose of providing the Service. Videos are sent to Google Gemini API for analysis and may be temporarily stored by Google per their terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than personal tennis coaching
• Share your account access with others

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All coaching analysis, scores, training plans, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional coaching, medical, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified tennis coach or medical professional before making significant changes to your training routine. Next Shot AI is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Next Shot AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Next Shot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
